How can I port my numbers to Orbitel?
In order to port your numbers to Orbitel you should:
- Fill-in an application form to your current operator and within 2 working days you will get a certificate with a validation period 30 days from the date of the issuance. A single fee of 5 BGN with VAT is payable by you to your current operator for every number you wish to port.
- Within the duration frames of the issued certificate (30 days) you should visit our office, for presenting the document. Upon specifying the most suitable service for your needs and the parameters the portability process starts.
- The portability will come into effect determined by the law in a period of 15 working days per number or up to 25 working days for group of numbers.
- It is possible that in the date of the portability itself the numbers might be unusable.

Please note that you should duly pay all the due amounts to your current operator up to the moment of the number portability to the Orbitel network.

How can I port my numbers from Orbitel to another operator?
In order to port your numbers from Orbitel to another operator you should:
- Fill-in an application form in our office and within 2 working dyas period you will get a certificate with a validity of 30 days from the date of the issuance.
- You should pay all your due amounts as of the date of your application as well as a single fee of 5 BGN with VAT per number you wish to port.
- The acquired certificate should be delivered by you to the office of the operator you have chosen.
